Orders are dispatched within 24 hours after receipt of payment. Tracking information is sent to you via e-mail immediately as your order is shipped. For most circumstances a signature will be required on delivery.

Shipping is FREE within the UK.

Orders for delivery outside of the UK are charged a shipping fee which is dependent on the delivery location. Please Contact us for details prior to placing your order.

You can return your order to us (unused) for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase.

We recommend that you use a signed for service when returning your order. You are responsible for the cost of returning items to us. Royal Mail recorded or registered services are both good and affordable. Ask at your local post office for information.
